Terms & Conditions

1. Access & Membership

Access to the RichardScott private collection is by invitation only. By entering the platform, you confirm that you have been invited or approved by an authorised representative. Access may be revoked at any time without notice.

2. Artworks & Pricing

All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Artwork availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes and colours may vary from the original work.

3. Viewing Requests

Viewing requests are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of RichardScott. Submitting a viewing request does not constitute a reservation or commitment to purchase. RichardScott reserves the right to decline or reschedule any viewing.

4. Purchases & Payments

All sales are final once payment has been confirmed. RichardScott accepts payment via bank transfer and approved payment gateways. Title to artwork passes to the buyer only upon receipt of full cleared payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. Risk in the artwork passes to the buyer once the work has been collected or handed to a courier. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for full details.

6. Returns & Cancellations

All sales are considered final. Cancellations after payment confirmation are not accepted unless agreed in writing by RichardScott. In exceptional circumstances, returns may be considered at the sole discretion of RichardScott within 7 days of delivery, subject to the artwork being returned in its original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

RichardScott and its representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or the purchase of artworks. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the artwork in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
